Rachel Kleven, FPQP™ has worked in the financial services industry since 2006 and brings over 25 years of experience in customer service management. She currently serves as the AVP of Operations and Marketing at Lake Ridge Financial and holds the designation of Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™. She is also licensed Insurance Agent.
Rachel is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring that each client’s goals remain a top priority. She also works to cultivate strong relationships with reputable third-party professionals, helping make Lake Ridge Financial a comprehensive and well-connected practice.
In her role, Rachel oversees the day-to-day operations of the financial services department and leads the firm’s marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and client engagement.
Her professional achievements include receiving the 2011 SII Investments Administrative Professional of the Year Award. She has served as a SHARE Council member, participated on several boards, and is actively involved with the LSA Veterans Association and 100+ Women Who Care. Most recently, she earned her Mental Health First Aid Responder certification, reflecting her commitment to supporting clients and colleagues alike.
